Frequently Asked Questions

How do I invite members?

Go to Admin → Manage Members → Invite. Generate an invite link or code and share it with your members. They can join by clicking the link and creating an account.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a 6-digit reset code via email. Enter the code to set a new password.

How do I pay my dues?

Go to Financials, select the due, and tap Pay. You can pay via card, bank transfer, or mobile money depending on your organization's configured payment methods.

Can I export my data?

Yes, go to Admin → Reports to export financial reports and member data in CSV or PDF format.

How do I change my subscription plan?

Go to Admin → Subscription to view, upgrade, or downgrade your organization's plan.

How does AI transcription work?

During video meetings, AI transcribes conversations in real-time using Deepgram. Your admin needs to enable AI credits from the subscription dashboard. Transcriptions support multiple languages.

What is the Alumni feature?

Admins can designate past members as alumni, giving them limited access to the organization. Alumni appear in a dedicated directory and can still chat with active members.

Can I switch between organizations?

Yes, go to Profile → Organizations and tap on your desired organization to switch context.

How do I use the in-app browser?

Open the Browser from the sidebar menu. You can enter any URL or search query. On mobile, it opens a full embedded browser. Use the back, forward, and reload buttons to navigate.
